The Situation

Australia faces a shortage of 110,000 aged care workers by 2030. Amy Tinley — a registered nurse with 16 years of clinical experience, 11 of them in aged care — had spent her career watching this crisis build. As founder of ATNCS and Elite Nurse Partners, she had developed a structured solution: a pathway to recruit internationally qualified nurses, match them with Australian aged care facilities, and transition them to Australian standards through a 50-week supervised curriculum.

The solution was credible. The model was proven in principle. What Amy needed, in the weeks before presenting at the World Ageing Festival in April 2026, was the technology to make it visible and investable to the decision-makers in the room.

Three things had to exist before she walked onto that conference floor:

  • A training platform that could demonstrate the 50-week curriculum live
  • A professional conference presentation and video that could pitch to facility operators and investors
  • A system to capture and manage the leads she generated on the day — in real time, while the conversations were still happening

One deadline. Three distinct deliverables. All of them had to work together.

What We Built

1

The ENP Training Platform

We built enp.digitalp.com.au — a structured online training and transition-to-practice platform for internationally qualified nurses entering Australian aged care. The platform carries nurses through a 50-week curriculum mapped specifically to Australian aged care practice, with milestone tracking, supervisor sign-off, and role-based access for nurses, supervisors, and facility administrators.

The six-stage ENP Pathway is built into the platform architecture — each stage tracked and signed off before the next begins:

  1. Recruit & Onboard — international nurse intake and credential verification
  2. Place — matched placement with appropriate aged care facilities
  3. Settle & Support — accommodation and community support coordination
  4. Transition to Practice — Australian standards orientation
  5. 50-Week Education — structured curriculum with ongoing clinical supervision
  6. Sustained Integration — long-term role establishment and retention support

The platform is Australian-hosted, Privacy Act compliant by design, and built to scale from a pilot cohort to a national program without architectural changes.

2

Conference presentation and video production

Amy needed to present to two distinct audiences at the World Ageing Festival: facility operators evaluating whether to take part, and investors evaluating whether to fund growth. The messaging had to work for both without diluting either.

We produced a scripted MP4 conference video with professional voiceover, opening with the 110,000 workforce gap statistic and walking through the ATNCS model, the platform, and the call to action. A seven-slide branded PDF deck gave Amy something to leave behind and email as follow-up. Both pieces followed a consistent brand standard — navy and gold — that positioned ATNCS as serious and investment-ready, not startup-scrappy.

3

Live lead capture with WK Event Leads

Collecting business cards at a conference is how leads die. We deployed WK Event Leads — our own WordPress CRM plugin — with a branded landing page at connect.digitalp.com.au and a QR code that conference attendees could scan to register their interest on the spot.

The moment someone submitted the form, their details appeared in a Kanban-style pipeline dashboard, an automated confirmation email went out via SendGrid, and Amy’s team could begin follow-up while they were still on the conference floor. Every lead was AES-256 encrypted, Australian-hosted, and Privacy Act compliant — the kind of lead management infrastructure that most conference exhibitors simply don’t have.

The meta-detail worth noting: we built WK Event Leads to solve exactly this problem, and we used it here live. If you’re interested in the plugin for your own events, it’s available as a standalone product.

"An absolute game-changer — delivering quick and effective solutions with ongoing support. When the deadline was real and the stakes were high, WK Digital delivered everything we needed."
